Workers Compensation

John Barnhart represents employers, third-party administrators and insurance carriers in workers compensation matters before the trial and appellate courts, including the Supreme Court of the State of Oklahoma.  He has tried thousands of cases in front of the Workers Compensation Court.  At the present time, we are counsel of record for some of the largest insurers and corporations in the United States and, concurrently represent smaller, own-risk Oklahoma-based enterprises. He also routinely provides consultation and legal services to own-risk and self-insured businesses and owners regarding loss prevention, compliance, and employment matters of all types. Mr. Barnhart is frequently invited to speak on topics concerning employment issues, not only to other attorneys but to insurance adjusters, business owners, and loss prevention professionals as well. Mr. Barnhart has achieved a personal AV rating from his peers as recognized by Martindale-Hubbell.
