35 years with IRS as a Revenue Agent, the last 27 years as an International Examiner.Instructor for the Internal Revenue Service for 31 years.Instructor for the Becker CPA review course for 15 years.Tax return preparation as an employee for three years.Sole practitioner with tax and accounting practice including tax preparation, planning, consulting and bookkeeping.

Detail of Professional Experience:

Examination of federal income tax returns including analysis of income statements and balance sheets to determine the correct tax liability.

Prepared briefing reports for different levels of Internal Revenue Management.

Prepared briefing reports for Special Trial Attorneys.

Assistant to Special Trial Attorneys in preparation of briefs for tax court and exhibits for court.

Worked on §482 project with National Office and artificial intelligence lab preparing software to assist less experienced International Examiners and Revenue Agents in identifying potential §482 and other international issues.
